About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient oncology setting
- Administer chemotherapy, blood products, IV hydration, and port care
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
- Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Educate patients and families on illness management
- Collaborate with an interprofessional team
- Ensure effective communication across the care continuum
- Adhere to standards of nursing care and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- RN license
- Nursing diploma or associate’s degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Preferred: Less than 2 years of experience
- Preferred: Oncology experience
