About the role
Provides direct patient care in an outpatient oncology setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, medication administration, and post-treatment care. It involves promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as participating in professional development. The nurse develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the care continuum. Responsibilities

Requirements
- RN licensure
- Minimum of a nursing diploma or associate’s degree
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience preferred
- Oncology experience advantageous
