Outbound Sales Representative - In Office

About the role

Navigate basic computer systems, email platforms, and multi-line phone systems
Communicate effectively with potential clients both verbally and in writing
Conduct outbound calls to engage with high-intent leads
Interview clients to understand debt obligations, income, and financial situation
Review credit reports, bills, and payment schedules
Evaluate and recommend appropriate financial wellness programs
Assist clients with enrolling in programs to address unsecured debt
Develop financial plans by analyzing income, assets, and expenses
Provide clear, informed guidance to help clients make the best financial decision

Requirements

• Post-secondary education preferred
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, collections, or financial services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to gather and analyze information effectively
• Comfortable using computer systems and software
• Self-motivated with a desire to improve and succeed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
