Job Summary
We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners
- Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations
- Initiate and close transactions
- Attend advanced sales and career training sessions
Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred)
- Maintain production standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Training Requirements
- Initial Paid Training covering sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale
Knowledge And Skills
- Overcome objections
- Perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
- Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality
- General smart device skills
Travel Requirements
- No travel required outside of the home site’s area
