Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The successful candidate will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners
  • Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations
  • Initiate and close transactions
  • Attend advanced sales and career training sessions

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred)
  • Maintain production standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Training Requirements

  • Initial Paid Training covering sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale

Knowledge And Skills

  • Overcome objections
  • Perform within a short, luxury sales cycle
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality
  • General smart device skills

Travel Requirements

  • No travel required outside of the home site’s area
