Job Summary
We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generate sales through proper closing techniques.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners through face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers.
- Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations to potential customers.
- Initiate and close transactions based on prequalified leads provided by the company.
- Attend ongoing and advanced sales and career training sessions.
Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
- Maintain production standards.
- Maintain the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or obtain one if necessary.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Training Requirements
- Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.
Knowledge And Skills
- Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
- Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
- General smart device skills.
