Job Summary

We Put the World on Vacation Travel + Leisure Co. is the world’s leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This role involves establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and generating sales through proper closing techniques.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations travel options.
  • Initiate and close sales transactions.
  • Attend advanced sales and career training sessions.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies and standards.
  • Meet minimum performance goals (80% time).
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions and keep up-to-date on sales information and materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and set and review performance goals.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
  • Maintain production standards.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Training Requirements

  • Initial Paid Training covering sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Overcome objections effectively.
  • Perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and tenacious personality.
  • General smart device skills.

Job Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred, not required).
  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

  • Compensation during the initial training period is $20.00 per hour plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, compensation is commission-based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
