Job Summary
The In-House Sales Executive is responsible for customer servicing, updating, and providing various sales options to Exploria LLC Vacation Club members. The primary duties include discovering the Owner's needs & interests, creating a want/need to update their membership with Exploria LLC, conducting 60-minute presentations, and meeting and exceeding company sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Convey information and ideas clearly, both oral and written.
- Work well in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
- Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems.
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns and issues raised by team members and guests.
- Follow Exploria Resorts In-House Sales processes and best practices to execute sales presentations.
- Meet and Exceed Company In-House Sales goals.
Qualifications
- FL Real Estate License is required.
- 2+ years of In-House Timeshare Sales experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Maintain required VPG and closing %.
- Professional, neat appearance.
- Positive attitude/Team player.
- Proper conduct at all times.
- Able to work weekends and holidays.
