In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, evaluate foundation and waterproofing needs, present solutions, and close sales using a proven process. Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
- Perform foundation evaluations and prepare proposals using company software and tools
- Follow established sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and closing strategies
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Secure deposits and coordinate with operations and production teams
- Generate additional opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts
- Represent the Ram Jack brand professionally at all times

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales, home services sales, or in-home sales
- Foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable using mobile applications and sales technology
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel to appointments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
