About the Role

Oversee occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, leading a small team and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small OT team, ensuring delivery of evidence-based patient care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans to promote optimal patient recovery.
• Support scheduling, caseload management, and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care when necessary, integrating clinical expertise with leadership duties.

• Participate in opportunities for specialty training and leadership development.

Requirements

• Valid occupational therapy license.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or similar clinical setting preferred.
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide staff.
