OT Team Leader

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care during rehabilitation. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations in daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, focusing on understanding and addressing patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate milestones.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold specialty certifications (preferred)
