OT Team Leader

About the Role

Coordinate and lead a team of occupational therapists in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily caseloads for the occupational therapy team.
• Support complex evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, and case management to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide direct patient care.
• Mentor and educate staff.
• Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives to promote clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.
