About the role

Seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the occupational therapy team, ensuring effective implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. The role involves assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. You will provide direct patient care, fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrating patient achievements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Support therapy operations and staff development
• Deliver compassionate, individualized care to patients
• Guide patients toward their rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure seamless care delivery
