OT Team Leader

About the Role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of treatments and procedures. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized recovery plans and celebrating patient progress. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor therapy staff to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Build strong relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Support operational functions such as scheduling, training, and team communication.
• Contribute to patient recovery goals and celebrate clinical victories.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holds relevant professional certifications (preferred).
