OT Team Leader responsible for supervising a team of occupational therapists and assistants in inpatient rehabilitation care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caseloads and support complex evaluations and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

• Provide direct patient care, documentation, and family education.
