OT Team Leader

Role Overview

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting with daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Foster rewarding relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, celebrating patient victories along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in team management
• Deliver compassionate, personalized patient care
• Promote team collaboration and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or relevant professional certifications preferred
