OT Team Leader
About the role
Lead and support the occupational therapy team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, develop personalized treatment plans, and foster meaningful patient relationships to promote recovery and celebrate achievements. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, utilizing current technology in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Require current state licensure or certification, CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days), and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a therapy program. Must have at least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
Skills
Professional certifications or therapy ladder participation are preferred.
