About the role
Sell NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system—Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce—within a geographic territory, focusing exclusively on net-new logos.
- Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Network internally with NetSuite peers, leadership, value-added teams, marketing, and enablement to boost sales performance.
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Solutions Consultants.
- Develop solution proposals covering all aspects of business applications.
- Create, present, and sell a complete value proposition via telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
- Drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, and closing.
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory (geographic, product, industry, or other market dimensions).
- Utilize inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process, collaborating with business development, consulting, and support teams to uncover customer needs.
- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of SaaS/Technology sales experience with a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience selling accounting solutions, business solutions, eCommerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
- Track record as a top producer with measurable results.
- Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
- Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
- Responsive, adaptable, and passionate about results and ownership.
- Strong experience working in collaborative, team-based environments.
- Outstanding writing skills and a friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style.
- Attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and quick turnaround times.

Pay
US hiring range: $31.73–$50.72 per hour or $66,000–$105,500 per year. Eligible for equity and commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
