Oracle NetSuite Mid-Market Account Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking driven, consultative sales professionals to join our growing Mid-Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring net-new customers and helping organizations transform their operations through NetSuite’s leading cloud-based business applications, including ERP, CRM, eCommerce, PSA, and financial management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, forecasting, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize territory performance.
- Partner closely with Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
- Build compelling business cases and solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver impactful presentations and value-based selling engagements through virtual and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to successfully close business.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and influencers throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of SaaS or technology sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success.
- Experience selling ERP, CRM, accounting, eCommerce, or other business software solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong prospecting and hunting skills with a focus on generating new business.
- Prioritizing complex sales cycles and negotiating effectively.
- Consistent achievement of sales goals and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and passionate about delivering results.
Benefits
Ranging from $31.73 - $50.72 per hour, or from $66,000 - $105,500 per year, the role is eligible for equity and may be eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50 / 50.
