Oracle HRIS Analyst / Human Resources / Full Time
About the role
Performs a variety of confidential Human Resource functions. Performs Project Management responsibilities requiring specialized knowledge related to areas of assignment. Provides support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for Oracle, Flores, Awardco, 457 Plan Vendor File Interfaces QuickCharge; DocuShare; and Benefit Vendor File Interfaces. Serves as a point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Supports the HRIS Administrator through upgrades, patches, testing and implementations.

Requirements
- Required Education: Associate degree in business administration, Computer Science or related social science field, or five years directly related work experience.
- Required Work Experience: Three years performing Human Resources functions relating to general functions and/or maintenance of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Previous experience with project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
Qualifications
Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of position within three months of employment date or placement in position.
Skills
Proficiency in basic aspects of Human Resources functions and project management.
