About the role
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining Human Resources systems, implementing process improvements, ensuring data integrity, quality, analyzing and reporting within the HRIS. Duties also include monitoring performance, resolving issues, providing analytical support in system upgrades and implementations with the Kronos and Taleo systems. Supports department and strategic goals as identified by HR leadership.
Responsibilities

- Ensure data integrity, quality, analyze and report within the HRIS
- Monitor performance, resolve issues
- Provide analytical support in system upgrades and implementations with Kronos and Taleo systems
- Support department and strategic goals as identified by HR leadership
Requirements
- Working knowledge of HR processes in assisting with recruiting, employee relations, leave management, and benefits
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision making ability and attention to detail
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- HR Certificate preferred
- Three to five (3-5) years of relevant experience in Human Resources functions including HR information systems management
