HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and IT teams to optimise HR processes.
  • Configure and maintain employee records, security roles and workflows within Oracle HCM.
  • Afford assistance with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation and defect resolution.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics using Oracle HCM.
  • Assist with data migration, validation and data integrity activities.
  • Troubleshoot Oracle HCM application issues and provide end-user support.
  • Afford assistance with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates, system enhancements and releases.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and process documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS concepts, Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR reporting tools and workforce analytics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HRIS and Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of HRIS best practices and compliance standards.
  • Experience with HR reporting tools and workforce analytics.
  • Strong technical skills with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with data migration and validation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex HRIS issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
