Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits and IT teams to optimise HR processes.
- Configure and maintain employee records, security roles and workflows within Oracle HCM.
- Afford assistance with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation and defect resolution.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics using Oracle HCM.
- Assist with data migration, validation and data integrity activities.
- Troubleshoot Oracle HCM application issues and provide end-user support.
- Afford assistance with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates, system enhancements and releases.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides and process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of HRIS concepts, Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR reporting tools and workforce analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HRIS and Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of HRIS best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with HR reporting tools and workforce analytics.
- Strong technical skills with Oracle HCM Cloud.
