Operations & Systems Coordinator VISTA

About the role

The Operations & Systems VISTA will build the organizational capacity of DeSales Community Development to sustain a strengthened, accountable operational structure that serves low-income residents across its affordable housing portfolio in St. Louis.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership decisions into documented systems, replicable procedures, and resident-centered programs.
• Ensure that the operational restructure produces infrastructure: written policies and protocols that outlast individual staff transitions, operational tracking tools that strengthen accountability and asset performance, and a new resident accountability and capacity-building program that supports housing stability for low-income residents.

• Experience in community development or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
