Computing Services is searching for an Operations Coordinator to join the team. This role supports the daily operational tasks of the Computing Services division by coordinating administrative and clerical assistance, process documentation, and process flow. You’ll also support various Computing Services projects and initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative and secretarial/clerical support for daily operational tasks.
  • Assist in process documentation and process flow for Operations.
  • Support a variety of Computing Services projects and initiatives based on need.
  • Manage the Shipping & Receiving desk, including:
    • Tracking and receiving orders.
    • Recording orders in the appropriate asset system.
    • Creating shipping labels and coordinating pick-up of returns.
    • Accepting deliveries and coordinating freight deliveries at the loading dock.
  • Aid in equipment refresh process tracking, inventory, and communication of refresh productivity equipment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Excellent organization, planning, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Successful background check.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack.
  • Valid Driver’s license (required to operate motor vehicles).
  • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
