Responsibilities
- Maintain the platforms that power our sales and marketing teams
- Update workflows, tags, triggers, and custom fields based on leadership needs
- Investigate and fix issues with automations, integrations, and data flow
- Support lead routing, pipeline management, and scheduling integrations
- Keep a checklist for account setup and revocation of access upon employee departure
- Set up tracking fields, integrate funnel opt-ins, and build checkout automations before events
- Create and hand off booking and checkout links during events
- Handle attribution, create sales opportunities, and update recording or platform settings after events
- Take ownership of ad hoc requests and resolve issues across sales systems, automation, event platforms, IT, and security
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, operations, RevOps, or similar
- Programming or scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar
- Experience using AI tools to automate tasks
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, marketing automation systems, or scheduling software
- Background in access management, employee provisioning, or basic IT administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) preferred
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High learning agility
- Persistence and "hunter" mentality
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Benefits
$55,000 annually, paid twice monthly on the 15th and last day of the month.
