Responsibilities
- Serve as a go-to resource for staff with system-related questions and issues.
- Manage and track incoming requests across systems and tools.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams, vendors, or Parks IT as needed.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access and account management.
- Support administration of Google Workspace and other organizational systems.
- Support Google Workspace user setup, access management, licensing, and troubleshooting.
- Cookbook laptop and mobile device setup, assignment, and support.
- Support management of organizational systems, permissions, and user access.
- Support administration of cybersecurity and endpoint protection tools.
- Aid with Salesforce reporting, ticket management, data cleanup, testing, and user support.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, systems support, IT support, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage work independently and follow through without close supervision
