Operations Support Specialist - $23.08 - $25.96 per hour
About the Role
The Operations Support Specialist will support the operational needs of corporate programs and strategic partnerships. This role helps maintain program continuity by supporting partner operations, customer escalations, program reporting, inventory tracking, fulfillment, invoicing, marketing intake, and cross-functional coordination. The position is fully remote within eligible U.S. states and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple program and customer support priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Program and Partner Operations Support:
- Support the operational needs of corporate partner programs.
- Document processes related to partner program operations.
- Help keep existing offers accurate and up to date.
- Monitor ongoing account results and help support defined program objectives.
- Support reporting for corporate programs to help meet partner obligations and improve program outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, communications, customer experience, finance, validation services, global network, product implementation, and solutions teams to support program needs.
- Develop content for program support, adoption, education, and outreach.
- Coordinate with product implementation and global network teams to support offer expansion and broader geographic program reach.
- Submit intake forms to marketing, social media, and product implementation teams as needed.
- Coordinate and maintain visibility into scheduled and requested marketing activities.
- Support special initiatives and evolving operational needs as assigned.
- Customer and Escalation Support:
- Support front-line customer inquiries related to assigned programs.
- Manage partner and customer escalations involving corporate programs.
- Resolve operational issues affecting nonprofit end users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer and program needs are addressed effectively.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to day-to-day processes.
- Inventory, Fulfillment, and Finance Coordination:
- Proactively monitor inventory levels to help reduce out-of-stock periods.
- Coordinate requests for additional inventory when needed.
- Assist with fulfillment-related operational support.
- Support invoice creation and coordinate with finance teams on submission processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a dynamic environment managing multiple customers, clients, or projects at the same time.
- 2 years of experience in customer support or program management.
- Project management experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools is preferred.
- Ability to identify patterns, solve problems, and optimize results.
- Strong listening, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and persistent, with the ability to also understand the bigger picture.
- Confident and decisive while remaining flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to take initiative and know when to ask for guidance or support.
- Understanding of technology and evolving technology business models is a plus.

Compensation
$48,000 – $54,000 per year
