About the role

Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading teams. The program includes rotation through key operational areas such as Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee management. You'll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and sales functions to maximize fleet utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Develop skills to enhance financial profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Work in key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions with moderate noise levels.
  • This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Qualifications

  • One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is preferred.

Pay

The annual starting salary for this position is $68,640. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
