Operations Coordinator - Lakeland, FL - Weekend/Night
A Day In The Life
- Ensure day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly.
- Work to improve processes in operations.
- Act as a liaison between department members.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including:
- scheduling meetings,
- preparing reports,
- records on department activities for management,
- maintaining files.
- Manage travel calendars, hotel bookings, and other travel-related tasks.
- Cook up and manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain the department shared folders, forms, and document library.
- Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
- Work with management to plan and execute strategies and logistics in alignment with company vision and goals.
- Liaise with various departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks, implement solutions.
Who You Are
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position.
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CONCUR, SAP, Conga and Click Up is preferred but not required.

Pay
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
- Pay Range: $18 - $24 USD
