About the Opportunity:The Operations Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing business data to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. This position directly contributes to optimizing business processes and enhancing overall performance by transforming data into actionable insights and collaborating across teams to address challenges. 3. Responsibilities:• Analyze large datasets on customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.• Prepare, clean, and structure data for analysis.• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor activities and KPIs.• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements and automation.• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data insights with business objectives.• Communicate complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or related areas.• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.• Strong ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.• Effective communication and data storytelling skills.• Strategic thinking and business acumen.• Proactive and curious mindset with strong organizational skills. Preferred:• Experience with Power Automate and Selenium.• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and statistical modeling.• Experience in energy, utilities, or service-based markets. Location: Atlanta, GA or Gainesville, FL 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills, or certifications.• Base pay range is $76,000 to $79,000 USD. 6.
