Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to diverse patient populations within a specific unit.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, involving patients and families as appropriate.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and assume accountability for care outcomes.
• Lead unlicensed staff in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Key Duties

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care.
• Collaborate with team members and oversee unlicensed personnel.
• Maintain high standards of practice, regulatory compliance, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Active IL RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 6 months of RN experience in a comparable role (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
