Open Availability Security Flex Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary role of a Flex Officer is to assist in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and other temporary assignments. Your schedule and location assignment will vary from week to week.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Standard computer / technology skills
• Exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• Strong work ethic and conflict resolution skills
• Professional communication and interaction with diverse individuals
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to perform various security tasks such as foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts
• Highly adaptable and reliable transportation

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal/written communication, conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, and a customer service background. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Pay

$23.50 per hour

Schedule

Variety of shifts and locations based on availability and site needs.
