Open Availability Security Flex Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary role of a Flex Officer is to assist in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and other temporary assignments. Your schedule and location assignment will vary from week to week.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Standard computer / technology skills
• Exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• Strong work ethic and conflict resolution skills
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals
• Ability to work any time of day and weekends
• Multiple security styles including foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts
• Highly adaptable and reliable transportation

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication, and a customer service background is preferred.
