Open Availability Security Flex Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

The primary role of a Flex Officer is to assist in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and other temporary assignments. Your schedule and location assignment will vary from week to week.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Standard computer / technology skills
• Exceptional customer service to clients and guests
• Strong work ethic
• Professional verbal / written communication skills
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
• Customer service background preferred
• Ability to work any time of day
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to perform multiple styles of security including foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts
• Highly adaptable
• Reliable transportation
