Open Availability Security Flex Officer

Position Overview

The Security Flex Officer role requires open availability and the ability to travel to various sites within Northern Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue, Renton, Everett, Fire, and Auburn. The primary function is to assist with Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and other week-to-week assignments. This position offers a flexible schedule and location assignment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and other week-to-week assignments.
• Provide extraordinary customer service to clients and their guests.
• Create a safe and secure environment through deterrence, observation, and reporting.
• Work any time of day and weekend shifts.
• Perform multiple styles of security including foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts.
• Be highly adaptable and have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer and technology skills.
• Exceptional customer service to clients and their guests.
• Strong work ethic, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals professionally.
• Comfortable working any time of day and weekend shifts.
• Highly adaptable and able to perform multiple styles of security.
• Reliable transportation.
