About the role
The role of a Flex Officer at Securitas involves assisting with various security needs such as Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and more. Your schedule and location assignments will vary based on the week-to-week demands.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, etc., on a week-to-week basis.
- Provide extraordinary customer service to clients and their guests.
- Create a safe and secure environment by deterring, observing, and reporting incidents.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Standard computer and technology skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Ability to work any time of day, including weekends.
- Ability to perform multiple types of security, including foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts.
- Highly adaptable.
- Reliable transportation.
