Open Availability Security Flex Officer

Position Overview

The Security Flex Officer role requires open availability and the ability to travel to various sites within Northern Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue, Renton, Everett, Fire, and Auburn. The position involves assisting with Open Posts, Emergency coverages, Vacations, Call Offs, and other week-to-week assignments. This role is part of Securitas, a global security company offering specialized guarding services and tech-enabled security solutions.

Position Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
• Must be able to work any time of day
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be comfortable performing multiple styles of security including but not limited to foot and vehicle patrol, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and standing posts
• Must be highly adaptable
• All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
