Responsibilities
- Oversee site logistics including equipment setup and tear down
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Ensure adherence to all project standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
