Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or similar customer service environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online reservation systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
