Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or similar customer service environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
