About the role
The Resort Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with special events.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and food service
- Ensure all guest requests and feedback are addressed promptly
- Assist with planning and executing special events and functions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth resort operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
