About the role

The Resort Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the resort, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with special events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance, and food service
  • Ensure all guest requests and feedback are addressed promptly
  • Assist with planning and executing special events and functions
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth resort operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
