About the role

The Hospitality Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the hotel management team. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with special events.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from guests and staff

  • Prepare reports and maintain records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospitality setting
