Oncology Concierge Technician - Pharmacy

About the Role

Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Join a mission‑driven team making a difference in the lives of cancer patients. This full‑time, remote‑work position is based in Waltham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑call resolution for patient and provider inquiries and triage calls to appropriate departments.
• Handle inbound phone support using first‑call resolution customer service practices.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co‑payments.
• Understand and apply manufacturer program attributes and business rules for Concierge Services.
• Verify on‑label status, offer HUB enrollment opportunities, and research pending patients for updates.
• Perform pharmacy‑related activities in accordance with state and federal laws and REMS programs.
• Contribute to team effort by completing related tasks and duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Ops Processes & Concierge Service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy Technician State License/Registration (per State Board of Pharmacy); certain states also require National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT via PTCB/NHA).
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Pharmacy or healthcare‑related knowledge, including pharmacy terminology (sig codes, Roman numerals, brand/generic medication names), basic math and analytical skills.
• Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).
• 3+ years pharmacy experience.
• Specialty pharmacy experience.

Pay

Starting at $23.00 per hour and up, plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for employees starting before October 31, 2026.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with shift options: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM ET, or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM ET.
