About the role

Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking Oncology Concierge Technicians to join their dedicated team in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time position, with remote work possible.

Responsibilities

  • Support pharmacists and pharmacy operations by assisting with dispensing specialty medications, resolving patient and provider inquiries, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and manufacturer programs.
  • Provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries, triage calls to appropriate departments.
  • Phone support - Coordinate medication deliveries and collect co-payments. Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices.
  • Understand unique attributes and business rules specific to Manufacturer programs that participate with Concierge Services.
  • Perform duties as assigned by Sr Mgr, Ops Processes & Concierge Service specific to needs of manufacturer relationship.
  • Verify on label status, offer HUB enrollment opportunities, research pending patients for updates.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Registration with Board of Pharmacy (as required by state law)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Pharmacy or healthcare-related knowledge, knowledge of pharmacy terminology including sig codes, and Roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, basic math and analytical skills, Intermediate typing/keyboarding skills

Qualifications

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Required: 1+ years of pharmacy experience
  • Preferred: Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB), 3+ years pharmacy experience, Specialty pharmacy experience

Pay

$22.00/hr and up

Schedule

Monday–Friday, shifts varying from 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, some shifts include Saturdays.
