Onboarding Specialist (Plano; Workday)

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new hires.
• Handle all pre-employment documentation required for compliance.
• Respond to employee questions.
• Track onboarding progress and address issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate employee information.

Qualifications

• Workday experience is REQUIRED.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working in HR Operations managing onboarding for new hires.
• Must have strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Must possess strong communication skills and work well within a team.
