Onboarding Specialist

About the role

As an Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for supporting all elements of recruiting and onboarding experience during the first 90 days of new hires in our Fulfillment Centers. Conduct tours, interview new hires, and collaborate with hiring managers to make offers. You will be part of providing each new hire a great experience as they first join our team. From setting up an engaging new hire orientation to weekly and monthly check ins with new hires, you will directly impact their experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all elements of recruiting and onboarding experience during the first 90 days of new hires in Fulfillment Centers
• Conduct tours and interview new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to make offers
• Set up engaging new hire orientation
• Conduct weekly and monthly check-ins with new hires
• Work with a Recruiter and a Recruiting Coordinator as a cohesive team to ensure candidates are hired quickly
• Collaborate across the Talent Acquisition team, Fulfillment Center leaders and HR Business Partners to build a team of talented individuals supporting a best-in-class Supply Chain organization

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excel experience
• Understanding and demonstrated use of an Applicant Tracking system, HRIS system or equivalent system
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting or HR experience

Pay

$30 - 35/hr

Schedule

• 5.5 month assignment
• Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
• Required onsite a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday); Friday remote
• Hours may vary — late check-ins may require coming in later and staying later
