Responsibilities
- Partner with and support Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams in the full cycle recruitment preboarding process in a high volume recruitment environment.
- Maintain application tracking system (ATS) and e-onboarding to ensure real time updates are made to candidate and requisition statuses.
- Manage pre-employment assessments, documenting and communicating results effectively.
- Correspond with external candidates regarding applicant process and other general questions.
- Own pre-employment check process including scheduling and ensuring completion of background checks, drug screens, and physical exams.
- Oversee the new hire pre-boarding process including gathering new hire information, clearing new hires to start after completion of background activities and ensuring completion of pre-employment documentation.
- Prepare new hire paperwork handoff for timely transition to HR and payroll teams.
- Run general reports and compile metrics as needed.
- Maintain compliance in all areas of hiring, to include E-verify and I-9 processing.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
- Must be able to work on-site at our Atlanta Ga office 5 days a week.
- Customer Service mindset required, experience a plus.
- Can-do attitude and passion for new processes and solutions.
- Able to take ownership and flourish with minimal day to day instruction.
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail are imperative to the success of this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
