IRT Living is seeking a highly organized & energetic Onboarding & HRIS Coordinator to join their team. This role is for someone who thrives on momentum, problem solving, and accuracy. The Coordinator will play an integral part in ensuring every Associate’s experience with the company is a great one. They will work alongside a collaborative HR team that supports one another and celebrates wins together. This is a place where attention to detail and work ethic are recognized and valued.
Responsibilities
- Guide new and rehired Associates through a seamless, welcoming onboarding experience — communications, documentation, resources, and orientation, start to finish.
- Be the go-to resource for hiring managers, providing onboarding details, system access, and everything they need to set new team members up for success.
- Process Associate status changes — promotions, transfers, compensation updates — and keep the HRIS system accurate and current.
- Led the company's new hire presentation and keep the onboarding calendar running like clockwork.
- Own the HR support desk, responding quickly and helpfully to Associate and Manager questions.
- Administer new hire surveys and turn feedback into real improvements to the onboarding experience.
- Keep the HRIS system and personnel files accurate, organized, complete, and confidential.
- Care for E-Verify processing, labor law poster compliance, and HR audits with precision and follow-through.
- Cook up uniform and name badge ordering, and compile monthly promotion reporting.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, HR administration, employee services, or a related field.
- Basic experience entering and maintaining data in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- High energy and a genuine drive to get things done — you take ownership and follow through.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational instincts, even when priorities shift quickly.
- A track record of hitting deadlines and staying accurate under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindset at every level of the organization.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential Associate information.
- Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
