The Onboarding and Credentialing Field Support Specialist provides high-level customer service to caregivers, field staff, clients, patients, offices, and coworkers, contributing to an office culture defined by high energy, strong accountability, and team orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in essential job functions and continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the Hub and with clients, caregivers, field staff, and office-based team members
  • Provide excellent customer service to all constituents
  • Maintain proficiency in all support functions and activities to ensure office operations are met, under the guidance of the Field Support Manager
  • Meet and maintain HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information
  • Proactively assist candidates through the onboarding process by engaging and supporting their progress
  • Track and monitor pre-assignment and contract-specific requirements to ensure compliance prior to activating newly hired caregivers
  • Perform data entry, validation, and maintain data integrity for all credentialing requirements for caregivers and field staff
  • Coordinate activities to obtain updated credentials from caregivers and field staff prior to expiration
  • Adapt to and incorporate the latest technology into daily processes to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Display strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently support multiple offices
  • Assist with office administrative functions, including ordering supplies, answering telephone inquiries, photocopying, and monitoring incoming/outgoing facsimiles
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • One year of work experience in a team environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively elicit from and provide information to all team members, caregivers, and clients using strong communication skills
