Field Support Specialist I

A Field Support Specialist with Excellerate has the unique opportunity to contribute to the future of the construction industry by enhancing job site logistics. Our manufacturing practices allow us to work smarter and more efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles as qualified and required.
• Delivers and picks up materials/tools in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare tool shipments via freight for outlying job sites, assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Serve as a point of contact for tool inventory management, shelf/pick, log, clean, and maintain tools as necessary.
• Process various paperwork such as routing slips, tool transfers, driver logs, ORM, return forms, etc.
• Track maintenance and repair of shop vehicles and inform the Field Support Supervisor of any issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to 5S principles within the F/S warehouse.
• Assist with building maintenance as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with DOT certification and Forklift certification.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or construction support role. Experience with transportation and material handling is preferred.
• Travel: 20%.
• Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Overtime may be required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong character, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. They should also possess good organizational and communication abilities.
