On Call Events Server

About the Role

We are seeking Events Servers responsible for preparing and maintaining visually appealing banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain banquet spaces, including linen and table setup
• Arrange food stations and serve food and beverages
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
• Serve guests professionally and handle money procedures
• Suggest menu options and provide exceptional service
• Perform room refreshes and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service protocols

Requirements

• Previous banquet and bartending experience in a hotel or catering setting
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina for lifting and prolonged activity
• Availability for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Desire to provide exceptional service
