Server - Events | On Call

About the Role

This position is On-Call only and is commission-based. Banquet Event Servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions, ensuring the function space is visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event. This role includes setting up linens, tables, food stations, and beverage service, as well as general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handlers License required
• Liquor certification required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
